Today, 27th of December has been declared the International Day of Epidemic Preparedness after the devastating impact of the ongoing coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. Meanwhile, we are entering a new era regarding artificial intelligence approaches for worldwide problems solving and with quantum computing research growing exponentially, the development of new medical technologies and vaccines for urgencies like this one should be less of a turmoil each time.
